A quick daily check-in can help you remember changes in: • focus and getting started • mood, sleep, appetite, energy and productivity • benefits and possible side effects • medication timing and clinician-advised dose changes • food, hydration, stress, illness, caffeine and other context • blood pressure, pulse and weight, if your clinician has asked you to record them

You can also: • look back across days and weeks • prepare an editable review summary • export your records whenever you choose

For younger users, a parent or carer can support use where appropriate. Titrio Focus is for people who have already been prescribed ADHD medication and can be used during titration and ongoing treatment.

Titrio Focus records and organises information you enter. It does not diagnose ADHD, prescribe medication, interpret symptoms or readings, recommend dose changes, provide emergency support or replace professional medical advice.
