TELL ARC YOU HAVE 35 MINUTES ARC writes the workout. Dumbbells only, shoulders sore, want to end on cardio — it handles that. If the gym is busy, tap regenerate. It's $10 a month. The comparison is not subtle: a human trainer is usually $150 a session.

LOG WHAT YOU ATE Free. Photo, barcode, or search. Track protein, fiber, fat, carbs, and the stuff most trackers leave out — additive count, processing level, and whether any of the ingredients are flagged.

FIND PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY TRAIN The social feed inside ARC is for people who worked out today. Trainers are verified trainers. Studios are verified studios. No drop-shipped supplements, no influencer bait, no MLM pitches.
