The textures you find safe (crunchy, creamy, dry, smooth — fourteen options) Any allergies, from the UK's 14 regulated allergens Intolerances you avoid (dairy, spicy, FODMAPs, anything else) The foods you already know you can eat How much effort you've got: none, a little, or some

Then any time you need a meal idea, open the app and tell us your effort level. We show you a small handful of meals that match your profile. If one feels right, tap "Yes." If not, swipe on. Nothing pushes you, nothing tracks you, nothing nags. What you get:

A curated library of simple meals — no ten-step recipes, no garden photos, no twelve-ingredient lists Save meals as favourites with a tap, and pick a default for each mealtime A home-screen widget that suggests a favourite based on the time of day Optional gentle mealtime reminders at times you choose An end-of-day check-in to note how you felt, for yourself or to share with a GP "Undo" if you tap the wrong thing, and a "maybe" shortlist to compare a few Add your own safe meals so they appear alongside ours Hide any meal you never want to see again — and bring it back whenever you like A Siri shortcut: "Hey Siri, what can I eat?"
