Tova is a private weekly planner for meals and workouts, built for a group of 2–10 friends who actually pay attention to each other. No streaks. No leaderboards. No algorithm deciding what you should eat.

It's the app you wanted before fitness apps got weird.

You plan your week — breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, workouts by time of day. Your circle sees what you're doing. You see what they're doing. When someone logs a Tuesday run or plans a Wednesday dinner, you get a gentle ping. That's it. That's the product.

↳ GET PINGED ON PURPOSE Reminders 30 minutes before your planned meal or workout. A quiet push when a friend adds or completes theirs. Nothing else. Notifications that aren't trying to sell you anything.
