Your data stays under your control

Mente runs directly on your iPhone or iPad. Your information is designed to remain primarily stored on your device. No information is transferred to developer-controlled servers. Optional cloud features use Apple services only if you choose to enable them.

Flexible Plans

• Choose what works for you: Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime Access (a one-time purchase). • Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can manage or cancel them at any time in your Apple ID settings. • Transparency: Manual backups and data exports are—and will always remain—free features that do not require a subscription.

• Built for independent professionals and solo operators, not for multi-user clinics. • An Apple account is optional and required only for iCloud backup or calendar synchronization. • Mente helps organize schedules and payment status, but does not process payments or issue tax invoices. • Mente is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or management of medical or psychological conditions.

Permissions & Security

You are in control of what the app accesses:

• Contacts: To quickly add clients from your address book. • Calendar: To synchronize sessions with your personal calendar (Mente Pro). • Face ID / Touch ID: To help protect access to the app using device authentication.

The Mente Privacy Commitment:

• We do not use developer-controlled servers for your stored content. • We do not routinely access or process user-stored content during normal app operation. • Mente is designed around a local-first workflow intended to keep your information under your control.
