PREPARE CLIENT DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY IN MENTE Start with the included Data Processing Notice, Therapeutic Agreement and Intake History Form. Mente fills the PDF with the practice and client details you have already saved; you review the content and preview the document before sharing.

The included templates can be used without a subscription. With Mente Pro, choose which services to include, tailor the templates to your practice, create your own documents and return to an earlier version. Documents are sent through the iOS share menu. Mente records the sharing action in the client history, but does not confirm delivery, completion or signature.

PREPARE MESSAGES AND CHOOSE WHEN TO SEND THEM Write an appointment message, review the wording and choose the app you want to send it with. Mente never sends messages automatically. With Pro, use your own templates, local reminders and a history of prepared messages without Mente storing their content. You can also share an appointment as a calendar file without enabling sync.

YOUR PRACTICE DATA STAYS UNDER YOUR CONTROL You do not need a separate Mente account. Core data stays on your iPhone or iPad and is not hosted on servers managed by the developer. Sensitive information stored locally receives additional on-device protection, and access to the app can be secured with your device authentication.

Create a password-protected backup, or export easy-to-read CSV files and client files as PDFs. Once a file is exported or shared, its protection depends on where you choose to save or send it.

CORE FEATURES AND MENTE PRO Client records, appointments, notes, plans, tasks, payment tracking, manual backups and the included document templates remain available without a subscription. Mente Pro adds encrypted backup to your iCloud account, Apple Calendar sync, the full library of note formats, custom note and message templates, personalized documents and version history, Complete Client History, session preparation, unfinished-note tracking and local message reminders.

If Mente Pro expires, your local data remains available. Manual backup and restore continue to work; new changes stop syncing with iCloud and Calendar until Pro is reactivated.

Mente is a professional organization and documentation tool. It does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations or emergency services.

PERMISSIONS AND PRIVACY Contacts are used only for import. Calendar access is used only for synchronization, and notifications only with your permission. iCloud is used only for encrypted automatic backup and synchronization.
