Core Daily

Core Daily generates a new core circuit every day and guides you through it with a built-in interval timer. Open the app and tap Start — no decisions required.

Each workout is a timed circuit of exercises drawn from a library covering activation, stability, deep core, rotation and flexion. Work and rest intervals are counted down with audio cues, and the timer keeps running if you switch apps.

Save circuits you like as named favourites to repeat on demand. Your workout history is tracked in a calendar view so you can see your streak at a glance.
