Recent reviews

I downloaded the app and it asked for my phone number which I entered. The next step would be to press continue, however, the continue button is grayed out and there’s no way to make it not be grayed out. You’re the only other option is to click on already have a code which brings you to a page that says it sent you a code, however, no code is ever sent. I reached out to customer service about a week ago and have yet to hear back. I even tried logging in on the website and that is just a mass broken links, and pages that are not secured enough for my browser to allow me to go to them.

Contacted customer support they sent a video of how to enter my phone number. When I told them that my app is not working they suggested I return my device. It was a gift so don’t have the receipt!!! Total fail HYPER ICE.

Same as all recent reviews, can’t get app to accept phone number at step 1 to check put the app. Wonder if this company is still in business. Core devices are still available for sale, so what gives?
