Baseline is a personal research journal for people running peptide protocols. It is not a dose calculator, not a social network, and not a medical app. It is a simple tool for answering one question honestly: is this working for me?

How it works

1. Write a hypothesis State what you think will change, in your own words.

2. Measure your baseline Log 3–10 days of daily check-ins before you start, using the measures that matter to you, such as pain, energy, sleep, mood, mobility, libido, mental clarity, or recovery.

3. Run the active phase Continue daily check-ins for 14–56 days. Log doses and note confounders like sleep, stress, and travel.

4. Read your trial report See a side-by-side comparison of your baseline and active averages for every measure, with trend lines and a plain-English summary you can screenshot and share.
