Real-Helper: Agent is a free iOS app for real estate agents — built around the work you're already doing: run open houses, stay in touch with contacts, track agreements, and document everything.

DIGITAL OPEN HOUSE SIGN-IN Set up sign-in on your iPad in seconds. Visitors can scan a QR code and sign in with Apple or Google with a couple of clicks on their own phones, or enter their name, email, and phone on your iPad. They're automatically added to your contacts. No paper sheet, no deciphering handwriting. After the event, you have a ready-to follow-up list.

Data saves to the property record and is included automatically when you share that property in chat. THE COMPANION BUYER APP Real-Helper: Agent pairs with Real-Helper, a free iPhone app for buyers. When a buyer connects to you through Real-Helper, they see your name and contact info in the app header, and your photo in the in-app chat window. They get a plain-English explanation of the buyer-broker agreement to read on their own time. And they have a genuinely useful home-search organizer: save and compare properties, chat with you directly, accept showing invitations, add their own notes and photos, and run mortgage estimates.
