Kiito tracks every sport — cycling, running, hiking, swimming, and triathlon races — with real-time GPS, heart rate, and on-device AI coaching. Your data never leaves your phone.

REAL-TIME METRICS Speed, distance, duration, heart rate, elevation, cadence, power, and calories as you move. A large speedometer keeps your pace visible at a glance. Auto-pause detects stops and resumes on its own. Outdoor activities wait for GPS lock and count down before starting the clock.

APPLE WATCH COMPANION Start, pause, resume, and stop from your wrist. Live metrics mirror iPhone. Watch-started workouts sync back automatically. Smart Stack widget gives a quick fitness glance. Control Centre action starts a ride in two taps.

TURN-BY-TURN NAVIGATION Search for a destination or POI, then follow turn-by-turn visual guidance. Off-route detection reroutes you automatically. Import GPX, KML, GeoJSON, or FIT files and follow saved routes live.

ON-DEVICE TRAINING INTELLIGENCE Readiness scoring, workout anomaly detection, and plan-match analysis run on device. On supported devices, Apple Intelligence adds optional natural-language coaching summaries, ride-name suggestions, and training tips — all local, nothing sent to a server.

PERSONALISED TRAINING ZONES Kiito detects your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds from ride data and builds personalised HR zones and FTP-based power zones. Plan workouts show target BPM and watt ranges tailored to you.

CARDIO ANALYTICS Every activity gets a Cardio Impact score, dominant training zone, perceived effort, HR-over-time chart with zone bands, zone duration breakdown, and post-exercise HR recovery rated against age-adjusted benchmarks.

ADAPTIVE TRAINING PLANS Running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, VO2 max, and cross-training plans at beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels, structured in Base, Build, Peak, Taper, Recovery, and Technique phases. On-device AI reviews your recent load, readiness, and HR trends and proposes week-by-week adjustments — shorter tempo blocks when you need recovery, longer endurance pushes when you're trending up. Accept or reject each suggestion. Weeks anchor to Monday (ISO), planned-vs-actual minutes show side by side, and a Skip action lets you move past a workout without breaking the week.

VOICE COACH Real-time audio cues for distance and time checkpoints, speed, heart rate zone changes, cadence, power, motivation, hydration reminders, and interval events. Adjust frequency and volume to suit your ride.

PRIVACY-FIRST ROUTE HEATMAP All your routes overlaid on one map, colour-coded by sport. Automatic home blur protects your location. Toggle categories, switch map tiles, or tap any route to open its detail.

BIKE MANAGEMENT Add unlimited bikes with custom names, types, colours, and weights. Track per-bike distance, duration, elevation, and calories. Link any ride to a specific bike.

LIVE ACTIVITY & DYNAMIC ISLAND Distance and heart rate on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island without unlocking your phone.
