PANDAS Tracker

PANDAS Tracker is a symptom and treatment journal built for families navigating PANDAS, PANS, and related pediatric autoimmune conditions. Log flares as they happen, watch patterns emerge over weeks and months, and arrive at every appointment with a clean, shareable history of what's actually going on with your child.

What you can track

• Symptoms - rate severity 0–10, add notes, mark important moments, build your own custom symptom list • Treatments - medications, dosages, start and end dates, what's working and what isn't • Vital signs - temperature, heart rate, weight, blood pressure • Triggers - strep exposures, illnesses, stress events, plus any custom triggers your family wants to follow • Activity, food, and free-form daily notes.

• Today's entries at a glance from the home screen, with tap-to-edit on every item • 7, 15, 30-day trend charts and a full symptom heatmap to spot flare patterns • Daily averages, days tracked, and streaks • Export your records as PDF or DOCX to share with your doctor

Family Sharing (Family plan)

Invite a co-parent, grandparent, or caregiver to log alongside you. Choose roles: Parent, Caregiver, or View-only. So everyone sees the same picture without anyone overwriting each other.

Subscription tiers

• Free - Log symptoms, treatments, and vitals with limited history • Pro - Full history, trends, exports, and advanced tracking. Monthly or annual. • Family - Everything in Pro, plus invite up to multiple caregivers to share a child's record. Monthly or annual.

A 14-day free trial is available on Pro and Family plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel anytime from your Apple ID subscription settings.

Privacy and security

Your child's data is yours. Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access requires a verified account. You can export or delete your data at any time from the More menu.
