Choose from 7 specialized programs — 1 general, 3 for men, and 3 for women
— all built on progressive overload. Every week, your RIR (Reps in Reserve)
is strategically adjusted to maximize muscle adaptation. Each program also
includes a strategic deload week, where volume is reduced and RIR is raised
to promote supercompensation and prevent burnout.
INTELLIGENT WORKOUT STRUCTURE
Every session is divided into 4 blocks:

• Main Block
• Accessory Work
• Cool-Down
Inside each block, you'll find your exercises. Tap any exercise to open your
training log — a clean table where you log reps and weight for each set.
Every set comes with pre-set Tempo and RIR values based on the program plan,
keeping your training on track.

Not sure how to execute an exercise? Each exercise comes with:
• A GIF demonstrating perfect form
• Expert tips for correct execution

BUILT-IN TIMER
A smart rest timer and exercise timer are always accessible at the bottom
of your screen — perfect for timed exercises like planks and cardio intervals.
PR TRACKING & MILESTONE CELEBRATIONS
Every time you finish a session, JFitGo automatically detects if you've
broken a Personal Record. If you did, you'll see a dedicated PR screen
showing each new record alongside your estimated 1-Rep Max (1RM).
Share your achievements directly to social media straight from the app.
