Claim Capture is the mobile app for AI-supported claim capture on site, fully connected to Claim Space.

The app helps experts, field teams, insurers and restoration partners document all relevant claim information directly at the damage location. Users can take photos, dictate findings, scan documents, create sketches, measure distances and areas, scan rooms in 3D on iOS and collect structured claim data in one mobile workflow.

Based on the specific claim, Claim Capture can provide personalized checklists, guide users through the required documentation steps and prepare the Claimspace claim assessment for handover to experts, claim handlers or partner teams.

The integrated AI dictation recorder allows users to document findings while continuing to take photos, measure areas, scan documents or use other app functions. Dictation adapts to the selected app language and can be adjusted to the technical vocabulary of each organization.

On iOS, Claim Capture supports 3D room scan. Users can scan a room or a complete floor with multiple rooms and capture floor plans, wall sizes, window dimensions and relevant room geometry within seconds per room.

After the on-site visit, Claim Space can generate structured reports based on the captured data, including claim details, photos, measurements, 3D room data, assessment information and cost calculations.
