Delayd

Delayd is a membership-based travel rewards app that helps you make the most of any flight delay. Track your flights in real time and unlock value when delays occur.

Basic Version (Membership Access):

• Access Delayd rewards for a small fee (e.g., $2 per flight)
• Any flight delay qualifies
• Upload receipts from airport purchases during a delay
• Earn 40% cash back in points based on your purchase, up to $8 per delay
• Points can be redeemed for rewards in-app
• The Basic In-App Purchase is account-specific. It is attached to a user’s tracked flight record and is used to determine account-based reward eligibility, partner redemption access, purchase history, support, and restoration across supported devices. Because the entitlement must be linked to the user’s flight and account, sign-in is required before purchase. We do not require users to provide additional personal information beyond Apple/Google authentication.

Partnered Services (Free Discounts):

• During a delay, a unique offer code will be accessible in the app
• Show the code at a partner location to receive a free discount or perk
• Partner discounts are provided at no additional cost to the user

Partners can be airport-based businesses such as lounges, food vendors, and retail stores. Partnerships are formed through mutual agreement, either through outreach or inbound interest.

Currently, Delayd has one partner: Be Relax Spa. The partner redemption feature will be introduced in a future update once staff onboarding is complete.
