Razberry Companion is the mobile app for restaurant and hospitality teams that run on Razberry.

It is the staff-side surface of the Razberry platform: where your team sees what needs attention right now, works through it, and closes the loop.

WHAT YOUR TEAM CAN DO

Highlights. A decision queue, not another inbox. Cards surface only the items waiting on a decision this person is empowered to make, and they leave the moment that decision is recorded. Swipe through, act, and the stack ends.

Signals. Raise, own, and resolve operational issues with a clear lifecycle: open, in progress, resolved, closed. Every signal carries its own details, activity timeline, notes, and watchers.

Tasks. Assign work, track it through to done, and verify what needs a second pair of eyes. Subtasks, notes with mentions, priorities, due dates, and per-venue filtering.

Alerts. Push notifications for what matters, grouped into one thread per signal or task so a busy shift does not become a wall of duplicates.

Scan. Point the camera at any Razberry code to validate a guest reward, hand off an order for pickup, or check a loyalty pass. Codes can also be typed in when the camera is not practical.

ACCESS

Razberry Companion is invite-only. It is used by staff at businesses that already use Razberry, and there is no public signup. If your venue uses Razberry, ask your manager or administrator to invite you and you will receive a sign-in link by email.
