ROUTES & STOPS • See your full day at a glance — every dealership, every vehicle, every recall. • Switch between multiple routes and days right from the home screen. • View your whole route on the in-app map, and tap any stop for turn-by-turn directions in your preferred map app. • Work each stop start to finish — your time on the job is tracked automatically, with no separate time sheet to fill out. • Add manual stops on the road when a dealer pulls another vehicle off the lot.

VIN SCANNING & RECALL WORKFLOW • Scan a VIN barcode with your camera in under a second. • Pull up open recalls for that vehicle instantly via NHTSA lookup. • Step through each recall with a built-in timer and notes field. • Add photos to any recall and review them full screen. • Mark recalls completed, released, or deferred — with a reason captured for every release. • Swipe through your recall list, and bulk-release anything left at the end of the day.

SIGNATURES & DOCUMENTATION • Capture technician and dealer signatures right on the device, and reuse a saved signature to save time. • Photograph completed work for your records and the dealership's. • Generate a key handoff report as a PDF and share it in a tap. • Everything attaches to the stop and syncs automatically.

WORKS OFFLINE Routes, stops, and recall details cache locally so you can work in cell-dead service bays. Anything you do offline syncs the moment you're back on a signal, and an on-screen banner always tells you where you stand.
