NEO Client is the mobile app for client organizations using the NEO platform. Request language services, follow your interpretation jobs, join online meetings, and stay aligned with your team — from your iPhone or iPad.

• Home & dashboard — See what needs attention and get a clear overview of your activity. • Requests — Browse your interpretation requests, open details, and create new requests with the guided flow where your account allows it. • Calendar — View your schedule and stay organized around dates and assignments. • My meetings — Access your meeting-related activity in one place and join meetings when invited. • Meetings — Use camera and microphone for video and audio in remote meetings when the meeting flow is available for your job (permissions requested at runtime). • NEO Chat — Chat with NEO for help and guided assistance in your workflow. • Invoices — Review client invoice-related views tied to your organization’s activity where enabled. • Mentions — Stay on top of mentions and updates that concern you. • Profile — Manage your profile and preferences. • Help & support — Access help, user guide, and team portal entry points where configured for your organization. • Security — Sign in with your organization’s credentials; optional multi-step verification. You can use Face ID to unlock your saved session where supported on your device. • Notifications — Stay informed about important updates (where enabled for your account).
