JUSTMOVE is an accessible home fitness app developed within the Erasmus+ Sport project to support people with physical and sensory disabilities in building active and healthy routines. Designed for everyday use, the app offers guided video-based exercises, clear written descriptions, and a personalized experience shaped around each user’s needs, goals, and ability level.

With JUSTMOVE, users can:

• access content in three main areas: Manuals, Gymnic Adapted Exercises, and Dance Adapted Activities
