App Fast helps you take control of your screen time through faith-based "fasting" from distracting apps.

You choose the apps that pull you in, and App Fast puts a real shield between you and them — working at the iOS Screen Time level, not just willpower. Every time you reach for a fasted app, you get a moment to pause instead of scroll.

Your Shield, Your Way Choose what the shield shows you: Affirmation — a warm, encouraging line anchored by a Bible verse (the default). Verse — scripture on its own, just the Word. Custom — your own words, whatever you need to hear in that moment.

Two Ways to Fast Lighter Fast — the shield gives you a pause, but you can still choose to break the fast. A conscious choice, not a reflex. Full Fast — the shield holds firm. No breaking it — just the invitation to do something else.

You can also set fasting hours per app, so an app is only shielded when you want it to be.
