Trigger Map is an iOS app designed to support people with IBS and acid reflux in everyday food decisions. Scan products, log your post-meal reactions, and build your personal map of what to eat and what to limit.

guided onboarding with IBS/reflux/combined profile setup, barcode scanner (camera) and manual product search, product risk analysis (FODMAP + reflux + personal history), 0–100 score with clear reasons, reaction diary for products and meals with 7/30-day trends, automatic “Eat now” and “Limit now” lists, structured diet plans with phases and daily progress, meal suggestions, full recipes, and shopping lists, meal reminders and daily progress brief, doctor-ready PDF report, 4 languages: English, Polish, Spanish, German.
