This makes it easier to find exercises that match your level and understand how to perform them with better control.
The Routine tab is built for actual gym use. See your training day at a glance, review the exercises selected for today, save workout notes, and mark workouts complete as you go. You can edit the day’s exercise plan, keep your training organized around your current split, and use the built-in rest timer to stay focused between sets. On recovery days, Liftify also supports streak continuity for planned rest when appropriate, helping you stay consistent with your full program rather than only hard training days.
Nutrition is integrated directly into the app so your food tracking stays connected to your goal. Track calories, monitor daily protein, carbs, and fat, and log meals using a built-in food library with serving sizes and meal categories. You can also create custom foods for items you use often.
