SEE YOUR PATTERN

A clean Today screen shows your drink count and standard-drinks total for the day, plus a session-length timer. Each drink is converted to standard drinks using the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) definition of one standard drink as 14 g of pure alcohol, so beers, wines, and cocktails compare on the same scale.

A real watchOS 10 app with quick-add buttons for your top drink types and a glance view of your current day's count. Syncs automatically with your iPhone.

LIVE ACTIVITY AND LOCK SCREEN
