Solar Movement Space is for the curious mover who craves creativity and efficiency in a movement routine. Classes range from 15-75 minutes, with various ways to scale effort and minimal prop use. Sessions are guided to increase strength + confidence, to encourage exploring beyond your current edges, and to gain a deeper understanding of your movement patterns. Progressive Vinyasa yoga, functional mobility and optional hand balance training all exist within the platform.
