Order the free SENRA tag for your pet Activate the tag in the app, create your pet's profile and set how you'd like to receive notifications If your pet goes missing, mark them as lost — and the community search starts immediately Anyone who finds your pet scans the QR code and can share their location with you

• Instant notifications — You're notified immediately when someone scans your pet's tag, by email, push message and SMS with the exact location of the find (depending on your settings). • Community alerts — In case of a disappearance, nearby SENRA users, vets and shelters are notified by message, and the missing pet is instantly posted on social media. • Live location sharing — The finder can share their exact or approximate location or contact you directly. You will be notified every time the tag is scanned. • Pet profile — Detailed photo profile with health and behavioural data or unique identifying marks. • Multiple pets — Register up to 10 pets in one account. • QR code — The finder doesn't need to download the SENRA app; the code can be scanned with any smartphone camera. • Public profile — You control what information is visible to finders. • Notification settings — Choose how you receive alerts: email, push or SMS. • GDPR-compliant — Full data protection, with account deletion available from within the app.

SENRA is free to get started. Subscriptions are managed through the senra.pet website via Stripe. No payments are made within the app.

Starter — FREE Up to 10 pets, online pet profile, ability to mark a pet as lost in the app.

Standard — 1 pet Instant email, SMS and push notifications with location when someone scans your pet's tag. SENRA Community alerts for lost and found animals. Multiple email addresses or phone numbers supported. Free tag replacement. Vet and shelter notifications within 10 km radius.

Max — everything in Standard, plus up to 10 pets.
