At first, this app would only let me enter numbers, but my microchip ID has numbers and letters. Then, in another field, it let me enter numbers and letters, but said it had to be 15 characters long. My chip ID is 10 characters long. So I can’t use this app.

Picked up this collar from Chewy’s for a new puppy. Loved the ID of idea you can set up a pet profile for lost pets - without any additional expense. Happy Dog Happy Life
