Zapp is a new kind of parental control app, built in the EU, designed for families who want less fighting about screen time and more trust.

ENERGY MODE Instead of hard time limits, your child gets a daily energy budget. Studying, exercising, and creative activities recharge it. Social media and passive scrolling drain it. Your child learns to manage their own screen time, like a game, not a punishment.

Study earns +2 energy per minute. Exercise earns +10 energy per 1000 steps. Gaming drains 2 energy per minute. TikTok and scrolling drains 3 energy per minute.

When energy reaches zero, apps are blocked. They can earn more by doing something good. No arguments needed.

AI COMPANION A safe, age-appropriate chatbot your child can talk to about anything. Bullying, strangers online, scary content, or just how their day went. If the AI detects something concerning, parents get a discreet safety flag. Message content is never shared, your child's trust is never broken. Compliant with the EU AI Act.

SOS BUTTON One tap sends an emergency alert to all parents with live GPS location sharing. Location updates every 60 seconds until resolved. Parents are notified instantly via push notification.

FAMILY CHAT Built-in messaging between all family members. No need for a separate app. Push notifications for new messages.

SCREEN TIME AND APP BLOCKING Powered by Apple Screen Time APIs using FamilyControls and ManagedSettings. Set daily limits, schedules, and per-app rules. Create location-based profiles with different rules for school, home, and sports. Cannot be bypassed without the parent password.

FAMILY PIN A 6-digit PIN prevents children from logging out of the child app without permission. Parents can view, copy, and regenerate it anytime.

TRUST SCORE Children earn trust through responsible behavior and unlock more freedoms over time. Not punishment, growth.

SMART ALERTS AI-powered alerts for concerning patterns like late-night usage, mood decline, and unusual app usage spikes. Push notifications sent directly to parents.

MOOD CHECK-INS Daily emoji mood tracker. Parents see trends over time. Catch problems early.

Location history auto-deleted after 90 days. AI conversations deleted after 30 days. Full right to data deletion at any time. No data sold to third parties.
