Clubhouse is purpose-built for representative football clubs in NSW. Designed around the way FNSW rep clubs actually operate — from JDL through Youth and Senior competitions — it replaces scattered spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and manual processes with one unified platform.

PARENTS & PLAYERS • View your child's squad, upcoming fixtures, and training schedule • Mark attendance and availability for training and matches • See match results, season records, and ladder standings • Receive push notifications for schedule changes and club updates • Manage family members and linked player profiles

COACHING • View squad rosters with player profiles, positions, and development notes • Plan training sessions using a built-in session library with phase-based periodisation • Submit match day lineups and manage real-time substitutions • Write and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for players • Strength & conditioning testing with bio-maturation benchmarking

ADMINISTRATION • Manage players, squads, and staff across all programs and age groups • Track training and match day attendance across every squad • Monitor coach qualifications, Working with Children Checks, and safeguarding compliance • Generate reports on player retention, promotion pathways, and game time equity

INTEGRATIONS • Live fixture and ladder sync via Dribl • Google and Microsoft calendar integration • Push notifications for coaches, parents, and staff • Email and SMS communications
