• Hold-to-send: press and hold to open the message composer with everything pre-filled — prevents accidental sends while keeping friction near zero • Safe person: designate one person to alert quietly when things are hard — fires automatically or with one tap • Focus Shield: temporarily block distracting apps so you can stay in the current task • Quick replies: tap to copy pre-written responses for when you need to say something but can't think • Home screen and lock screen widgets — act without even opening the app • Calm tools: 4-6 breathing pacer, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, and gentle activation routines (Get Upright, Change Rooms, and more)
