Stack is a focused, local-first lifting log for people who actually lift. No bloated feeds, no streak-shaming, no nag screens. Just a
fast, beautiful way to plan your sessions, log every set, and see real progress over time.

WHY STACK

• Built for the rack, not the couch. Big-tap targets, a custom
numeric keypad, and quick-swipe weight/rep adjustments mean you
can log a set in seconds without breaking flow between rests. • Local-first by default. Your data lives on your device. Optional
iCloud sync via CloudKit keeps it across iPhones. No third-party servers, no analytics farms.
• Quiet by design. No ads, no upsell modals, no notifications you
didn't ask for.

LOG SMARTER

• Splits and routines: build your own (Push / Pull / Lower,
full-body, classic 4-day, whatever you want) or start from
sensible defaults.
• Exercise library: 100+ curated movements with primary/secondary
muscle mapping, plus your own custom exercises. • Per-set richness: weight, reps, warmup tags, time, cardio
(distance, incline, zone), bodyweight, machine pin position,
lb or kg.
• Live Activity: an in-progress workout pins to your Lock Screen
and Dynamic Island so you can see the set you're on without unlocking.

PLATE MATH WITHOUT THE MATH

The plate calculator handles real-world racks: Olympic, Women's, EZ, and now No Bar for plate-loaded machines. Type a target and
Stack solves the per-side distribution against your available
plates, or tap plates manually for a specific layout. The new Initial Resistance field captures the built-in load on Hammer Strength and similar machines so your typed weight still maps to
a clean plate count.

SEE THE WORK

• Muscle coverage per session: which regions you actually trained,
and which you didn't.
• Big-three trends: bench, squat, deadlift trajectories with one-rep-max estimates. • Per-exercise charts, weekly volume, and progressive-overload prescriptions for your next session.

PERSONAL TASTE

A built-in design system gives you full theme control: light, dark,
or system; five accent palettes (Forest, Navy, Maroon, Walnut,
Stone) plus customizable colors. Pick the look that disappears for you mid-set.

PRIVACY AND OWNERSHIP

• Your data is yours. Export the whole history to JSON anytime, import it back on a new device.
• Apple Sign-In and iCloud are optional, never required.
• No ad SDKs, no tracking.
