App worked well when I first got it but now it doesn’t ever load. Very annoying!

I really don’t like this new app, it worked the first couple of weeks when I downloaded it and now it never loads. This is very frustrating because now I can’t renew books without physically driving across town to visit the library. Please fix the app or go back to the old one :(
