WHAT IT DOES • Save workouts from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, from your own video library, or filmed straight from the in-app camera. Import a link, share from any app, upload your own video, or record one on the spot. • For coaches and personal trainers: demo an exercise, film it on the spot, and save it into a client's program. The video lives in your vault, ready for the next session. • AI auto-tags every video by muscle group, equipment, and exercise type (Premium). Your library stays searchable without manual upkeep. • Build week-by-week programs in any order. Drag, drop, run them at the gym. • Log sets, reps, weights, and per-exercise time. Personal records detected automatically. • See your training as an operational ledger: 8-week volume HUD, per-week bar chart, PR log, body-map heatmap showing which muscles you're under-training. • Share workout summaries as branded image cards. SUBSCRIPTION Premium is an auto-renewing subscription — it renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, no subscription.
