Up With Women/Exponenti’elles is a nonprofit community built to empower women and gender-diverse individuals facing economic and social barriers through free, trauma-informed coaching and holistic wraparound supports. Founded by Lia Grimanis—a former homeless youth turned award-winning corporate executive—the organization is redefining what it means to rebuild your life with confidence, connection, and purpose. Now, with the Up With Women app, certified coaches, volunteers, and alumni can come together in one powerful digital space designed to inspire learning, growth, and transformation. This app is the new home for over 400 certified volunteer coaches across Canada—each committed to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed coaching that helps clients achieve lasting change. Whether you’re joining as a coach, a program leader, or a collaborator, the app provides a secure, dynamic environment to share expertise, stay connected, and grow your impact.
