1. The connectivity experience on BetterUp is frustrating — sessions frequently disconnect or are difficult to join, even when Zoom and other apps work perfectly on the same connection. The issue happens both in the mobile app and browser on my laptop. BetterUp really needs a more reliable and user-friendly way to connect to sessions. 2. Scheduling sessions is unnecessarily cumbersome. Having to click through every two weeks to view/select dates makes the process tedious. It would be much better to display all available dates at once for easier scheduling.
