HajazCo is the app for property providers. List your properties so you can be contacted and negotiate with interested guests—all from one place, with full Arabic and English support and a clear, professional interface.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Property management Add and edit properties (apartments, houses, villas, studios) with details such as name, description, city, price per night or per week, bedrooms, bathrooms, and maximum guests. Attach photos and videos, and set the exact location on the map. Properties are submitted for approval and you can see their status: Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Inactive.

• Availability Define availability periods for each property so clients see when units are free. Turn availability on or off and keep everything in sync.

• Bookings report View all your bookings in one place. Filter by status (Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled) and by date. See guest name, check-in and check-out dates, amount, and status at a glance.

• Conversations and chat Talk to clients in real time. Send text messages, photos, videos, voice notes, and share your location. Confirm agreements directly in the chat and stay on top of every conversation with unread badges.

• Notifications Get notified about new messages and important updates. Notifications work in the background so you never miss a lead.

• Profile and settings Store your name, company, and license number. Switch between Arabic and English, and choose Light, Dark, or System theme for a comfortable experience at any time of day.

• Prayer times and Qibla Quick access to prayer times for London and Qibla direction, so you can plan your day without leaving the app.

DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONALS

The app is built for property providers who want to list their units, stay in touch with guests, and close deals with ease. The interface supports Arabic (RTL) and English, uses a clean layout with HajazCo branding, and works in both portrait and landscape. Your data is sent over secure connections and stored according to your organisation’s policies.

REQUIREMENTS

You need a provider account to sign in. You can log in with email and password or with your phone number using a one-time code (OTP). The app uses your device’s location only when you add or view a property on the map, or when you share your location in chat. Camera and photo library are used to add property photos and send images in chat. Notifications are used to alert you about new messages and updates.
