Been an agent for a few years. I have never had more technical issues with an app than this one. Received a call to be put in touch with a lead, and the app would not allow me to accept the lead, ghosting out the connect button so I could not continue. I then try to get into the app, and it completely has logged me out and magically forgot my password. This has happened three times for three leads lost, moving me to the back of the line for receiving leads. Awful product.

I keep getting different leads to the same houses from people who can’t prequalify. And the people who eventually buy a home, it’s months a work and 20 homes later on my end. Your referral rates are a joke and need to on a sliding scale. For example, your 30%-40% fee should go down by 5% with every house I have to show.
