Choose your own heart rate zone

Coachi lets you choose the heart rate zone you want to train in, from Zone 1 to Zone 5, and helps you maintain the right intensity throughout your workout.

Zone 1 is perfect for recovery and easy sessions.

Zone 2 builds endurance and aerobic fitness.

Zone 3 is ideal for moderate cardio training.

Zone 4 improves your threshold and performance.

Zone 5 is maximum intensity for short, hard intervals.

Coachi continuously monitors your heart rate and tells you when you're training too hard, too easy, or exactly where you need to be to stay in your selected zone.

Customize your workouts

Coachi gives you complete control over your workouts.

Customize:

• Workout duration • Number of intervals and repetitions • Work and rest durations • Warm up and cool down periods • Target heart rate and workout intensity

You can use Coachi with or without a heart rate monitor.

With an Apple Watch or a compatible heart rate monitor, Coachi provides the most accurate coaching based on your heart rate. Without a heart rate monitor, you still receive voice coaching, interval guidance, countdowns, motivation, and real time workout guidance.
