Versus is a training app for iPhone and Apple Watch, built for athletes who train across disciplines.

Log combat, strength, endurance, sport, and mobility in one place. Versus combines every session with your HealthKit data to give you a clearer view of readiness, recovery, and training load.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Log BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, strength training, running, cycling, swimming, mobility, and team sports • Speak your workout and let Versus extract rounds, techniques, duration, and intensity • Track daily readiness using sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and recent training • Record strength PRs, estimated 1RM, templates, and training trends • Follow heart rate zones and review endurance sessions • Build training camps and manage fight week • Track belts, competitions, sparring notes, and sport-specific skills • Mark vacations and planned time away from training • Import previous workouts from Strava, Hevy, Strong, Fitbod, and Garmin

SENSEI AI COACH

Sensei uses your recent sessions, readiness, PRs, training camp, and skill progress as context. Ask about your week, review a sparring session, plan upcoming training, or decide when a lighter day may make sense.

APPLE WATCH

Use the native Apple Watch app for combat rounds, live heart rate, and session recording. Completed sessions sync back to your iPhone.

TRAINING PARTNERS

Join your gym, share selected sessions, react to training partners, and take part in weekly challenges. Sharing is optional and off by default.

PRIVACY

Your health data is never sold or shared with advertisers. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
