Fidden: Grow your Business

You didn't get into this to chase deposits over text at eleven at night. Fidden handles the scheduling, the payments and the admin so you can get back to the chair. THE BOOKING

Clients book real slots, not requests sitting in your inbox waiting on you. Your availability is set per service, so a two-hour balayage and a fifteen-minute lineup aren't treated like the same appointment.

Deposits come with every plan, the free one included. Money on the table is the whole difference between a client who shows up and a client who might.

Reminders send themselves. No-shows and late cancellations have a policy behind them now instead of an awkward conversation.

THE MONEY

A flat 1.5% on the service amount. Tips and taxes are never touched, and there's no second rate hiding further down your statement.

Payouts go straight to your bank. Cards run through Stripe, and PayPal is there too. No hardware contract, no twelve-month lock-in.

FIDDA

Fidda is hard to explain until you've had it. It reads your book the way you would if you ever got a free afternoon, which you don't.

It notices when a regular is two weeks past when they'd normally be back in. It looks at tomorrow, finds the gap at two o'clock, works out who's due for something that length, and writes the message. You send it or you don't. Nothing goes out without you.

It'll tell you when you're charging too little for something, and roughly what next month looks like based on what's already booked.

Fidda switches on at five completed bookings. Before that it would only be guessing.

YOUR SCREEN ISN'T EVERYONE ELSE'S

A barber opens the app to a walk-in queue and the day's takings. A nail tech gets a tip estimator and a lookbook. A hairstylist gets prep notes on the client before they're in the chair. A tattoo artist gets consent forms, ID checks and design requests in one place.

YOUR CLIENTS

What they've booked, what they've spent, and whatever you wrote down last time. Intake forms. Who's a regular and who has ghosted you twice. Message them straight from the booking.

Foundation is free forever and takes 10% commission on bookings. Momentum is $39.99 a month, with no commission and a 0.5% platform fee. Icon is $89.99 a month, with neither. Card processing is 1.5% on all three. No contracts, no cancellation fee, leave whenever you like.
