BEWARE!! Fresha will charge you a fee for every new client you book And it is 10% of whatever the service cost! I was charged 65.00 even when my client needed to cancel! They steal money from you! On top of that ridiculous fee, I also pay 80.00 a month to use this platform. Sadly FRESHA came with the salon I purchased and I have had to deal with it BUT I will be canceling and moving back over to square.

Extreme cash grab! If a new client accidentally double-books, Fresha charges a 20% fee on the initial total, not the actual service provided. When you contact support to correct the client's mistake, they refuse to refund the difference. Pure extortion from small businesses — switching to another platform!
