Used Fresha for years — it used to be a fair platform, now it’s a money trap for self-employed providers. The “new client fee” system is broken: clients who find me organically through Google or Instagram (not through the app) get charged as “new Fresha clients” anyway. I’ve raised this with support more times than I can count and I’m exhausted from repeating myself — the answer is always “add their phone number to your client list beforehand,” which is impossible when someone is booking with me for the first time in their life. 9 out of 10 of my “new clients” actually come from Google, not Fresha,(I asked them multiple times)yet I’m charged the fee every time. These fees eat into a huge chunk of my income. If a client books one service but gets a cheaper one in person, I still pay the fee on the original amount — no refund. Stuck on this platform because my whole client base and reviews are here, but providers considering Fresha should know what they’re signing up for.

The app doesn’t pay out automatically like they say! it doesn’t also give you option to send the money manually to your bank account. My money has been there for almost 2 weeks and no payout ! no customer service to even reach out to. Is this a scam app ?!!
