I think asking for someone to put in a credit card in order to confirm an appointment online is ridiculous and unacceptable. Then I tried to call there and the girl on the phone didn’t know what she was doing. I eventually put it in so I could move forward. This is so annoying. It almost made me wanna go somewhere depending on my experience today I will either stay with them or go elsewhere!
