If you haven’t tapped for a while, you’ll receive warnings, and the safety message can be sent via automation when needed.

How to Use

1. Tap “Get My Automation” to open Shortcuts and add the shortcut.
2. Create a time automation to run the shortcut, choose Run Immediately, and turn off Notify When Run.
3. In Shortcuts, edit the shortcut you just added, change the test variable from 0 to 1, run it once to verify, then change it back.
