HOW IT WORKS We start with your goal, in your own words, not generic buckets. Then we observe how you actually train, which helps us introduce small, specific changes at the right time. It also means we know when you're ready to push harder. Each change is small enough that your brain doesn't resist it. Over weeks and months, they compound into a routine that delivers what you want.

WHAT MAKES FLUXX DIFFERENT It's about you becoming a better version of you, not doing what we tell you to do. We help you see why certain things work, why you're missing others, and how to improve. We guide, you decide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THE APP Each session, log your main lift, plus anything else you want to track. That's it. No tracking every rep of every exercise. Just enough data to see how you're training. Between sessions, Fluxx works quietly in the background. Open the app and you'll see what to do today, why it's recommended, and how it fits your goal.

YOUR 2-WEEK BLOCK Fluxx works in two-week blocks. At the end of each block, we review how you've trained and decide what to change next, whether that's adjusting your target weight, introducing a new exercise, or building toward a session you've been avoiding. Changes are introduced one at a time, in phases: Introducing, Building, Becoming routine. Over several blocks, those small shifts compound into a routine that fits your goal, and sticks.
