A sensor mounts directly on your kettlebell and streams real-time motion data to your iPhone. Every rep is automatically detected, measured, and analyzed — so you can see exactly how your performance changes across a set, a workout, and over time.

STRUCTURED TRAINING PROGRAMS

BellSense includes multiple multi-week training programs with intelligent progression.

Instead of advancing based only on completed reps, the app analyzes how your performance holds up throughout a session. Progression decisions are based on real performance data — including power output, velocity retention, and fatigue patterns.

Programs range from beginner kettlebell foundations to advanced density and power cycles. Each workout is organized into tracked training blocks with automatic progression decisions built in. Programs support individual, alternating, and complex session formats.

DATA THAT ACTUALLY MEANS SOMETHING

Most fitness apps count reps. BellSense tells you whether those reps were productive.

After every session you receive:

• Session Score (0–100) based on explosive power, fatigue resistance, and velocity control • Coach’s Remarks with data-driven training observations • Per-round velocity, power, and duration charts • Rhythm breakdown detection showing where cadence begins to deteriorate

PERSONALIZED TO YOUR TRAINING

After approximately 50+ reps per exercise, BellSense establishes a personal movement baseline and begins adapting its detection thresholds to your specific lifting style.

The more you train with BellSense, the more accurate and personalized the feedback becomes.

REQUIREMENTS

BellSense requires the companion hardware sensor.

You will need:

• BellSense IMU sensor (see bellsense.app) • iPhone with Bluetooth • A kettlebell

BellSense is designed to work with the BellSense sensor and is not intended to function as a standalone workout tracking app.
