BellSense includes multiple multi-week training programs with intelligent progression.
Instead of advancing based only on completed reps, the app analyzes how your performance holds up throughout a session. Progression decisions are based on real performance data — including power output, velocity retention, and fatigue patterns.
Programs range from beginner kettlebell foundations to advanced density and power cycles. Each workout is organized into tracked training blocks with automatic progression decisions built in.

BellSense tells you whether those reps were productive.
After every session you receive:
• Session Score (0–100) based on explosive power, fatigue resistance, and velocity control
• Coach’s Remarks with data-driven training observations
• Per-round velocity, power, and duration charts
• Rhythm breakdown detection showing where cadence begins to deteriorate
