I’ve tried a lot of online fitness programs and most recently a lot of kettlebell workout programs and Happy Kettlebelling is the one I have settled on. The workouts are genuinely challenging without feeling overcomplicated, and the coaching style makes everything feel accessible — even on the days when motivation is low. You know exactly what you’re doing and why, which makes a huge difference when you’re training solo. The videos are very easy to follow and adjustable for any level. If you’ve been on the fence about kettlebells or just want a program that’s actually fun to follow, this is it. Highly recommend.

I’ve been looking for a program that fits my schedule, that is challenging and fun, and Happy Kettlebelling is it. I’ve been with them about two years now and wish I found them sooner. Every aspect of the program can be customized (one or two bells; standard workout or a quicker “express” version) without sacrificing intensity or quality. And Jeremy tweaks the program a bit each week so it always stays fresh. The app is a perfect complement to the program, with built in videos to guide you through each movement, timers to tell you when you’re moving on to the next movement, and it tracks the weights and reps you did so you can see your progress. That and a library of exercises and movements with accompanying videos means never running out of new things to try.
