Echo Phase - Lesson Scheduler

Schedule lessons, check in, track credits, and understand course costs in one app. Echo Phase is built for families, learners, teachers, tutors, and coaches managing piano, swimming, dance, personal training, language lessons, tutoring, and other recurring courses.

Regular courses for Learning Mode and Teaching Mode

• Learning Mode is for managing lessons for yourself or your family, with schedules and conflicts easy to review by person. Teaching Mode is for teachers, tutors, and coaches managing multiple students. • Use session packs or unlimited plans for weekly, daily, monthly, or custom schedules. • Add multiple schedule rules to one course, each with its own name, teacher, location, fee, class time, start date, and end date. • Choose Concise in Editing Mode for everyday courses, or Complete for multiple rules, advanced fees, and rule-specific details. • Set pause periods, expiration dates, bonus-session rules, reminders, and conflict handling.

Teaching Mode also includes Flexible Scheduling

• Designed for private lessons, coaching, tutoring, and other sessions whose times change from person to person. • Choose a person, then set each session's date, start time, and duration independently. Add several sessions in one batch without creating a repeating schedule first. • Check the selected day's full schedule and conflicts, choose from Common Times, set another time manually, or add a missed session on a past date. • Every flexible course has dedicated Course Details, Edit Course, and All Sessions screens. Sort by time, edit or delete upcoming sessions, and correct a checked-in session after using Cancel Check-in. • Flexible courses use actual duration for session totals, Teaching Time, and Units Used, and can sync to System Calendar.

Keep every session accounted for

• Check in manually or let Echo Phase handle automatic check-ins and credit deductions. • Cancel a lesson and choose whether to deduct or roll over the credit. • Add a make-up lesson or extra session, change a session's time, remove one occurrence, or move a lesson to the end of its schedule. • Add notes, choose a different teacher for a session, and keep renewal payment details. • Pause, resume, renew, end, reopen, or restore courses from Trash.

See the whole schedule clearly

• View today's sessions, what's next, and anything still needing attention from Home. • Open Timetable in Calendar View or Timeline View, with an entry point suited to your device size. • Filter by person, review notes, check scheduling conflicts, and use notifications, Home Screen widgets, and System Calendar sync.

Understand progress and costs

Track total fees, per-session prices, average costs, renewal payments, and different prices across schedule rules. Filter Stats by person, course, or date range to review completion, cancellations, estimated finish dates, session activity, and income or spending. Export reports as CSV or PDF files.

Import, back up, and personalize

Download a CSV template to import courses in batches, preview changes, and review previous imports. Export complete JSON backups, merge or replace restored data, and keep records in sync through iCloud.

Choose English or Simplified Chinese, use Light or Dark Mode, and customize course colors, common durations, Common Class Times, card details, and Timetable layouts. Echo Phase does not collect your course data.
