I’ve tried several fitness apps to track progressive overload in the gym, and most are good for just that. But the Motion workout tracker has that and so much more built into it. I can get workouts suggested or create my own templates and I can track my progress over time. Plus the app looks good and performs well, have already recommended to several friends.
