HOW IT WORKS

• Choose an available activity, such as walking, running, cycling, active calories, or sleep • Select a challenge level that fits your routine • Connect Apple Health or another supported fitness provider • Complete your challenge to earn employer-sponsored credits • Request a withdrawal of your available balance when eligible
