FOUR FORMATS, ONE APP

• HYROX — 8 runs (1 km) + 8 stations: Open, Pro, Doubles, Pro Doubles and Relay
• Deadly Dozen — 12 journeys (400 m) + 12 labours: Solo, Pairs and Relay

REAL-TIME ON YOUR APPLE WATCH One gesture handles every gate: double-tap the Watch at each run-to-station and station-to-run transition, or tap the button on iPhone. Splits, heart rate and gate-to-gate times are recorded live — indoors too. Where GPS can't reach, pace falls back to the Watch's motion sensors, so you keep a live estimate inside the arena.

PERIODIZED TRAINING PLANS A plan built around your race date, your level and your week — periodized across Base, Build, Peak, Taper and Race Week, with weekly compliance tracking so you know if you're on track.

PRIVACY FIRST No accounts. No tracking. No ads. Your race data lives on your devices and syncs through your own iCloud. Nothing leaves your iPhone unless you connect Strava — then your completed races upload there automatically.
