User Reviews

I love the history view, this is a unique benefit for this app. It needs done improvements though. Code blues are often loud and chaotic. The metronome sound does not stand out and is too quiet on my phone, even on max volume. Different distinguishable sounds would add a great benefit, like adding a “charge up” sound 10 secs before pulse check and a 2 min pulse check sound would help greatly. As it is, the user must look at the phone screen to keep time. In the hospital setting I use resuscitation apps while primarily documenting in the EMR in real time. If I’m looking at an EMR, I rely on sounds to indicate when a pulse check is due or when we can give epi again. On that note, the Eli timer should count down from target, not up to it. It is more valuable to know if we can give epi again than how long since last epi. Also, the haptic on my phone is barely noticeable for when epi can be given. It only lasts a split second. This app is to be used during an emergency so don’t be afraid for the app to be loud and grab attention. These timers are WARNINGS. WARNING: pulse check is due!! WARNING: epi is available!! That’s the philosophy, it needs to obnoxious to alert the user. These are all intended to be seen as constructive feedback. This app can be great with some changes
