KTBİM CRM, T.C. Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı personeli için geliştirilmiş kurumsal bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama kurum içi iş süreçlerini mobil ortamda yürütmek amacıyla tasarlanmıştır ve yalnızca yetkili kullanıcılar tarafından kullanılabilir.

Uygulama, kurumsal servislerle entegre çalışan mobil arayüzler içerir ve yalnızca belirli kurum servislerine erişim sağlar. Genel internet tarayıcısı veya herkese açık bir web sitesi görüntüleyicisi değildir.

KTBİM CRM is an internal enterprise application developed for the staff of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

The app provides mobile access to internal institutional services and workflows for authorized personnel only. It is not a general-purpose web browser and does not provide unrestricted access to external websites. The application connects only to specific institutional services used by authorized staff.
